You need a juicer, or a blender and a sieve to filter the fibre from the veggies. You also need to ensure that all ingredients are washed and chilled before hand. Even if it says already washed on the bag!

2 cups Spinach
1 cup of greens (could be lettuce, kale, pakchoi, silver beet)
1 stick celery
1 apple or pear or cup of pineapple (optional)
1 juice of lemon or lime (optional)
2 cups of water.
I cup of mint or parsley (optional)



I have put options for those with a sweeter tooth or those that prefer a more zesty alkaline drink. I would advise 80% veggies and 20% fruit.
